Our unforgettable journey to the Dead Sea begins as we bid farewell to Jerusalem and venture southward through the picturesque Judean Hills. Along our scenic route, we pass by the Inn of the Good Samaritan, the very backdrop for Jesus' renowned parable. We make a brief stop at a sign marking our arrival at sea level, where we are treated to sweeping vistas that stretch across the desert, extending all the way to the storied ancient city of Jericho.
Continuing our descent, we journey further and further below sea level, ultimately arriving at the remarkable Dead Sea, nestled 430 meters below sea level.
