Those interested in biblical, historical, and archeological sites will not want to miss the excavations at David’s City, at the Southern wall, and the Herodian house in the Jewish Quarter, to mention but a few.
Nor will they want to miss the Dead Sea Scrolls exhibited at the Shrine of the Book or the archeological displays at the Israel Museum and the Bible Lands Museum. Other more general places of interest include the grave of Theodor Herzl and the Military Cemetery on Mount Herzl and Ammunition Hill.
