At Masada, you'll ascend to the plateau summit via a cable car, soaring 1,424ft (434 meters) above the ground. Enjoy a guided tour of King Herod's palace-fortress, where you'll marvel at well-preserved archaeological treasures, including mosaics, storerooms, palaces, and a bathhouse.
